Mad Men Style

Have you seen it yet? New US drama callled "Mad Men." Set in the late 1950s about a man called "Don Draper" he works in advertising and the company he works for is located on Madison avenue, New York hence the term "Mad Men"
The men work, have affairs, patronise the women. The ladies bake, look after the home and the children and hold dinner parties. Women smoke and drink whilst 9 months pregnant and the divorcee on the street is shunned by the "married wives circle."
If you like the 1950s era in particular then you will love "
Mad Men", the tailored suits, the day dresses, the hair, the Kelly handbags...the couture is to die for. NB hearts it!
This drama is not only clever, witty and fun but full of
vintage inspiration. Whether you are the sassy gal pal in the office wearing a tight shift dress to exaggerate your natural monroe figure and catch the boys eyes or the faithful wife who rolls her hair 2 hours before leaving the house..is immaculately made up wearing a prom dress baking and is secretly wishing the pool boy would show up sooner to help with a err...plumbing problem?! I thoroughly recommend this drama to all wives and hussys x
LOL
