"The name is Joan...Joan Bond"

Women hate her, men love her! She is like a female James Bond but without the guns and gangsters. It is of course...Christina Hendricks aka "Miss Joan Holloway" of "Mad Men" fame. If you have not yet seen an episode, then why not? It is already in it's second series, won countless awards and I told you about it on one of my first ever blogs!
We are officially inlove with Joan, she is a red haired Marilyn with posture and attitude we wish we had. She uses and abuses her Monroe silhoutte by wearing gorgeous wool
jumper dresses and satin shifts that show all her assets for strutting in the office. In the evening Vixen Holloway is usually in a silky little number accessorised with a fur for cocktails and a very secret date with the boss! Start watching for 1950s fashion inspiration and decide whether you are a "Betty" or a "Joan".

"What would Grace Kelly do?"

We heart BLAIR WALDORF! She is the ultimate prim and proper upper east side princess. She summers in The Hamptons, idolizes Audrey Hepburn and tries to always think "What would Grace Kelly do?" in any situation. Whats not to love? Gossip Girl is fast becoming an obsession, not only is it drama-riffic but the fashion is inspirational. I think we can blame Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) for the recent "Alice Band" explosion and Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively) for the "Body Con" dress. Blair is a true "Lady" in all her outfits, she is never far from a pearl necklace or a bow...shame she is always upto no good. I guess she never gets caught due to her "butter wouldn't melt..." look?
XOXO
