I was told to listen to her album "Do you want the Truth or something Beautiful" by a friend and I only had to hear a few songs and I was hooked. Her voice is amazing and her biggest influences include Etta James and Billie Holiday. You can tell, Paloma's voice is the perfect cocktail of blues, jazz, emotion and good lyrics.
Paloma's style is obviously inspired by the vintage looks of the 40s and 50s, but she always seems to mix her outfits up with a fun twist, almost as if she is playing fancy dress or getting into character. The lady is a vamp...and I want to be in her gang.
