Flowing fabrics, printed dresses, structured shaping and hair raising beehives. Vera Wang unveiled her Spring 2011 collection at New York Fashion Week yesterday.
I am pleased to see vintage hair styles are still a 'big' presence on the catwalk. Taking inspiration from the 60s...this classic beehive is very soft, feminine and chic. I am glad Vera has chosen such a classic updo for her models rather than making the hive to sci-fi. This is not a B movie after all...this is New York Fashion Week Darlin!
