I am a huge Pretty Woman fan (who isn't?) and on todays shopping trip I found and quickly purchased this spotty sun dress by Dorothy Perkins for £39.50.
Dorothy Perkins call the colour of the dress "Rust", but I would say it is more copper and true to the Pretty Woman pictures above.
It is possibly the closest copy I have seen to the spotty dress Julia Roberts wears in the film Pretty Woman. It is the same colour, shape and all that is missing is the hat, white gloves and Richard Gere.
Oh my gosh, that's exactly what I thought! I was stood in the shop looking at it going "I'm sure I've seen that somewhere before, what the HECK does it remind me of?"

ReplyDeleteI use to own a pretty carmel-colored polka dot dress, some years ago--of course that was in my "glamour days" when EVERYDAY was a dress and some heels! I've gone from the "Vintage Queen" to the "Retro-Princess." I miss my VG days. Nowadays, I currently style in mostly denim w/a wonderfully-wacked-colored 4 inch heel and a nice blazer or a plain colored dress that look like it could be from the 60's: my favorite era. Of course, "my 60's days" are rare.
